Our bait is trapped locally by owner/manager Codi Charlebois & Victoria Hall. We are two Kenora locals who love fishing, trapping and the great outdoors.
A family affair...
Codi has been minnow trapping with his father Gilbert since he was a child, and Gilbert with his father before him. In 2012 Codi completed his pilot's license and started flying and trapping for his parents business. He has been trapping full time since.
Victoria is much newer at trapping, learning from both Codi and Gilbert but has had her commercial pilot's license since 2012. Besides trapping, she is also the store manager and is becoming quite the "Jill-of-Trades" learning the in's and out's of business and even webdesign.
Codi & Victoria met in 2014 and took over Sunset Baits in December, 2016.
